tvega
With only UPS as our available shipping option, how can you configure osCommerce to prevent customers from signing up and placing an order who only have a PO box? Currently osCommerce lets customers sign up using a PO box and when they go to place an order, there is no shipping charge calculated. It actually mystifies me on how osCommerce knew the address was a PO box.
Jack_mcs
Since some PO Boxes are legitmate UPS addresses, there is no reliable way to stop such orders. You could add code to prevent all addresses that contain a PO Box but it might cost you valid sales. The standard UPS module will accept PO Boxes in the address and calculate the cost. I'm not sure about all of the various contributions. Maybe you have one that doesn't allow it.
