rascalrc Posted January 8, 2007 Share Posted January 8, 2007 I recieve the email from Paypal letting me know that a payment has been made, but no "Order process" email from our site with the invoice and order information. The customers complete the order thinking everything is fine, but we only get reciept of payment from Paypal, and have no idea what the customer actually ordered. The first time this happened, I refunded the Paypal payment and had the customer order again. The second time everything worked fine and we recieved the "Order process" email from our site.
