Problem Creating Customer

Any hints as to how to fix this? I've recently moved webhosts and am trying to set the site up. it's at www.lownoisepc.com/catalog

 

 

1054 - Unknown column 'guest_flag' in 'where clause'

 

select count(*) as total from customers where customers_email_address = '[email protected]' and guest_flag != '1'

fixed by replacing create_account.php with one from the original install.
