Hosting problems - help, please please?

Hi, again! I think you all know me for my stupid questions, but the truth is, I've never done or worked with a website before, so maybe that's why I have to ask you so many things ;) Here it is:

 

I had my oscommerce shop hosted in bamboohost.net for free. Since it was free, the bandwich was very small, so I updated for another plan, were that was never going to happen again.

I used to have three addresses: my website, my shop admin (where i could update new products ...) and the other with the html files (where I ' ve changed the colours, and more..).

 

Now they didn't gave any of those addresses, only one and there's nothing I can do with it.

 

My english is not very good, but I've tried to explain them the situation and ask for the missing addresses, they gave me some new address but none of them worked. They said they couldn't help me anymore, that I should talk to oscommerce.

 

 

Now what I want if for you to tell me what website do you use to host your shop, or if there's a special hosting site with oscommerce already instaled.. I hope you understand me. I'm really tired of having my website down.. :'(
