2 currencies questions.

First, when I add info for currency conversion between CDN =1 AND USA = 0.65 dollars, USA changes to 0.644444, and when I click the "update" button, USA = 0.0. How do I make the USA = 0.65 stick?

 

Secondly, I want to add a currencies page to the Information box. How do I add this page?
