I am very new to web building and am stuck on a few errors, I can't seem to get past.

Database Import was succesful, but now getting the following errors:

Please perform the following actions:

cd /home/deuxlsco/public_html/catalog/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

cd /home/deuxlsco/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

I am on a windows xp box, and used Frontpage to build and upload to my hosting company(IPower.com)

I have gone into /home/deuxlsco/public_html/catalog/includes/ and /home/deuxlsco/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/ and changed the permissions on configure.php and hit retry on the errors page and still get them.....Please help, I am about to pull my hair out...AGGGHHH!!

Thanks for any help
