How do I insert Forms and add the properties of that form

Just one more request for information :blush: - How do I insert a form into a category under Information, i.e. I have a category/page set up for 'Resellers' and I want to add a registration form to that page with the different fields for the info I want from the applicant and with that form then emailed to me when completed, it will also need mandetory fields before it can be sent - can anyone point me in the right direction for this please?
