Whats your URL?

Becasue of the nature of the internet now, without a large adertising buget, or a heck or allot of vritual foot work. Sometimes its take a solid year before you start getting the real traffic you want. Let alone sales.

I think the most important part is not only to use outlets that cater to your products. And offer a means to advertise for little or nothing. Is networking in general. A links page, and a newsletter. use places like ebay as a advertising medium. Forums that cater to your field too can help. Or other related websites like allow you to advertise. However, those also usally invlode you putting time in to help and provide a means of content, and not just an add. I run a forum for my site, and offer a place were people can advertise if its related to what the forum is about. But anyone who just trys and uses the adds, without particapting in the forum in general is looked down apon and gets pushed away. But for the members who use it correctly and particpate, it s great means to get more traffic to their site. I run two sites, one has been up since 2004, and other has been up since 3/2006. The frist gets excellent real traffic and lots of views by real people. The second is getting good traffic, only becasue i have networked the site, keep a update througho/related links page, and a monthly newsletter. I also sometimes run a few auctions a week on ebay and point the viewer to my about me page. Were a link can be found back to my site. I also praticpate in active and related forums and provide real content in my trade for noods alike. With my signature pointing back to my site.

Hi,

I had a look at your site.

You have an amazing product - really cool! I think it should be a breeze to market your site, but it will take a fair amount of work.

The obvious thing to do is optimise for internet traffic, but I don't really think that's where your only bet is.

Given the unique coolness of your product and the readymade market that already exists for it, you should think about getting your site featured in as many car mags in the UK as possible - by featured, I mean approach the magazines with a story about your amazing products!

This is editorial coverage and is worth its weight in gold!

If you can, ask any magazines that feature you to put a link on their website to yours - it'll do wonders for your Google page rank - eventually !

Magazine lead time for articles varies from about 6 weeks to several months, so start acting now to get the benefit of it!

In the meantime, classified ads could work as well, in the back of the magazines you are targeting for editorial coverage.

Look for 'newspapers' that offer free ads - the yellow ones? Sell one of your products through it - whenever someone phones - point them to your site.... easy and free !

Ebay is another possible - I know a fair amount of parts dealers doing well here....

Hope you do well.

Some suggestion:

1)install SEO ultimate by Chemo

2)Dynamic meta tag

3)Google site Map.

4)Some dynamic content on Home page.

5)Kill spider sessions and update spiders.txt

6)change image folder name.

7)Add category description.

8)have all products page with product description.

Apart from this

10)Develop some reciprocal links.

11)Do some directory submissions.

I'm curious why you say to change the image folder name. I hadn't heard that one before.

Do you still sell induction kits? In my recent blog about exploiting low demand keywords; I explain - using induction kits as an example - how you can increase sales by matching product benefits to low demand keywords.

I thought you may find it interesting.

Best Regards,
