Net1 (Verus/Sage) Payment Module

My client is using Verus (also known as Sage or Net1) payment gateway and Verus sent me the zencart payment module which looks very similar to authorizenet and psigate for OSC.

 

Is there someone who can tell me how to convert this for OSC?

 

Or, is there someone who could do the job for me for a small $ fee?

 

I know that for anyone fluent in PHP it would be a fairly simple task. I'm just not that fluent -- copy and replace with new module installs/upgrades is as far as I can go.
