Can someone please tell me the name of file(s) that would allow me to edit account creation confirmation e-mail that someone gets?

Hi I'm also new to this but I think in ..includes\languages\english\account.php you can find:

 

define('EMAIL_NOTIFICATIONS_TITLE', 'E-Mail Notifications');

define('EMAIL_NOTIFICATIONS_NEWSLETTERS', 'Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters.');

define('EMAIL_NOTIFICATIONS_PRODUCTS', 'View or change my product notification list.');

 

I use windows grep to find what I need just put in key words sand it find in what file it is for you, here i jsut put the word notification and I got more results but I think those one are relevant.
