first, check the updates and look for a authorize.net update for the module. It is usually as simple as replacing a few files, but be sure to backup the old files in case the update is not compatible with your osc. otherwise do a search on google for oscommerce authorize.net and the error. should also try a few sites that are designed for free lance support, if you want to pay.
