Last week the shared server where the shop is located the register_globals were turned off ... so know i have a big problem. Since the whole look was changed i was relucant to do an upgrade. My version is OScommerce from 2003. Can i still use this shop and not use register_globals or do i have to do the upgrade. And will the upgrade work with register_globals turned off? can I upgrade and still keep the looks i give the shop? Jack_mcs Posted January 4, 2007 Share Posted January 4, 2007 If you don't want to install the register globals change, upload a php.ini file with register_globals set to on. It is unclear what version you are using. MS2 came out in the middle of 2003 so you could be using it or MS1. So when you say "upgrade," that could be from MS1 to MS2 or applying the latest patches to MS2.
