slammedxonair Posted January 4, 2007 Share Posted January 4, 2007 hi im completly new to oscommerce. as of right now i have godaddy hosting and there shopping cart which is not very flexable layout wise as in puttin a background image in just changing colors. i uploaded os to my server yesterday and was messing around with trying to install it for i dont even know how many hours. this is the message i get New Installation Database Import The following error has occurred: SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql and i created a new database in mysql and thats how i got the sucessfull message but i have no idea what it does. some help or infor would be appreciated thanks. if this is something i can not do or is too difficult for me is there anyother cheap shoping cart alternatives that are good. all i really know is a little bit about go live and how to use my current cart wizard.
