column right log-in - log-out width ?

Hi

 

My column right seems to be behaving a bit odd.

 

when logged out , all boxes are wider , when logged - in it is much smaller ?

 

any ideas as to how this is happening.

 

i know box width has a setting in application top , i've checked this. But what else could cause this logged-in / logged out column width problem ?

 

 

anything in header ?
