"Ex-VAT if applicable" - text in product page

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add a line of text under the price in the product pages.

 

I wish to have the net price and text under it saying:

(Ex-VAT if applicable)

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

 

I am using the STS template system if that helps!
