Sorry, sounds like you are asking if they select credit card payment on your site, not paypal. If you do not process credit card payments yourself... no money will go anywhere. You will receive their credit card info and can't really do anything with it. If you want to accept something other than paypal, there are many sites that you can setup for this. Look under the payment modules. An example would be 2checkout.com. If you want to take the user's credit card info, you would need to find a company that can setup a merchant account for you.
