highvisualproducts Posted January 2, 2007 Share Posted January 2, 2007 Hiya Im a Newbie To all This Os commerce Stuff, and Ive finally Installed my shop but one problem i have no secruity on the admin area, therefore i downloaded password_protect from oscommerce, I follow the below instructions and get stuck on Number 3 because the following words are shown (Access denied for user 'creativewebcam'@'10.1.17.3' (using password: YES) Can anyone Please explain why it saying this , "creativewecam" is the database's username , thank you very much x 3. Upload your files to the server and go to: http://www.yourdomain.com/password_protect/admin/install.php INSTALLATION 1. Open the config.php file and set all of your MySQL settings. 2. Open the admin/config.php file and place those same settings. 3.
