I've used lev_discount_v2.3 to my store and set PayPal shopping cart method to 'Aggregated'. The sub-total goes to PayPal correctly, but Shipping & Handling is always $0. :( If switch to 'Itemized', Shipping & Handling charge is correct but discount is ignored. :( What should I do?
