Hi,

I would like to display the products of a certain category into my "New Products for…" box, instead of the last added ones.

Thanks for your help.

Try commenting out the New Products module -- on or around line 312 in your (catalog)/index.php:

Change:

<tr>

<td><?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_NEW_PRODUCTS); ?></td>

</tr>

To:

<tr>

<td>// <?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_NEW_PRODUCTS); ?></td>

</tr>

And then install the Featured Products Module -- easy install -- so you can pick and choose which products and how many products you'd like to display. That'd be my recommendation. You'd eventually have a line in your (catalog)/index.php that looks like this:

<tr>

<td>// <?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_NEW_PRODUCTS); ?></td>

</tr>

<tr>

<td><?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_FEATURED); ?></td>

</tr>

And then you'll have what you want.

Good luck.
