We are looking to switch to osCommerce but need to find a cart that will handle our shipping setup. Our shipping is based on a percentage and also by total amount to various regions. Here is what we charge: to USA $.00-$50.00 = $5.00 to USA $50.00 and up = $10% to Canada $.00-$26.75 = $5.00 to Canada $26.75 and up = $15% to Mexico $.00-$26.75 = $5.00 to Mexico $26.75 and up = $15% to all else $.00-$20.00 = $5.00 to all else $20.00 and up = $20% Is there a shipping module that will handle both percentage and amount based on location????
