Change order numbers to start with higher number in notification emails?

Hi everyone,

 

We are getting close to being ready to go live with our store and have done a few test orders. In the notification emails we see this text...

 

Our Store Name

------------------------------------------------------

Order Number: 3

Detailed Invoice: https://linktoourstore/shop/account_history....php?order_id=3

Date Ordered: Wednesday 27 December, 2006

 

Is there a way to change the default order number so it doesn't count up from order 1, order 2. order 3, etc? When we go live, we would like to start the order counting from say 100 or 1000 to put forth a professional appearance.

 

Any suggestions on where I might be able to change this?
