Guest
I want to view and edit the php code...what's the best way to do this? Can I use Dreamweaver (design and code editor) to change to code or do I have to use the installation from the php.net site?
zhexiang
Yeah, you can download the files and edit them in Dreamweaver and upload again. Or you can simply edit the files on Live Site straight away on cPanel.

AnthonyDavidAdams
Thanks for the reqly...what do you use? What is cPanel? Dreamweaver works great as an editor. Of course, you can simply use wordpad.exe or any other text editor. I have a friend who is a former Wired.com architect, and all he uses is wordpad. I like Dreamweaver because it highlites the code syntax, etc for you. cPanel is the control panel for some websites. It has a built in file editor (although I don't like it much). Good luck!
