Price decided on Attributes only

I want to be able to remove the product price and have the price be decided by the attributes.

 

I sell photos and the photo sizes are all different as are the prices. When you select the size required the price gets added to the main product price. I could set the product price to $0 but then the customer sees the price as $0 .. is there a way to remove it and have the price calculate on the attributes alone ?

 

I saw something in the Free Call For Price contribution, but I don't (can't) want to install all the exta stuff .. just this one feature. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

The Free Call for Price v4.0 contribution has this feature in it.

 

Right now, it is on my site while testing everything.

 

There are a couple of minor bugs that need fixing. One is stated in the docs.

I only need to do the same as the first post, is there a simple installation of Free Call for Price v4.0 that only does that task?
