Shipping Method Problem, Urgent help

Hello I'm using Zone Rate for Shipping method, now when someone place an order, and process themself to "Payment Method" Screen, they can skip "Shipping Carrier". By default it doesn't select the shipping career.

Am I missing something, so my customer can actually place order without chosing any shipping method.

 

I'm using IAN snapshot of Aug 30th.. can anyone give me an idea what I have done worng. Or is it a bug?

If you only have one shipping mthod installed then it will always use the shipping quote for that method.

 

Do you mean that with zone rate, if the country for shipping is not in any of the defined zones you get a quote of $0.00?

I have zone rate selected, but when customer place the order they can place order without choosing the shipping method.

does anyone have a solution for this? german post is a shipping table too, but it doesnt a.) matter where i?m from and where the parcel should go to and b.) if i switch that toggle on or off or just leave it as it is.

as soon as i take a visit on checkout_address.php and dont do _anything_ there, proceed to checkout_payment.php thereafter - shipping fee is suddenly gone. help - please! i?m really f*cked with the situation as it is now..
