Has anyone got Lightbox2 to work with sts4.3?

Hi

if anyone has got Lightbox2 to work with sts4.3 any chance they could please run through the necesary file changes?

I've got the thing to work but the large image just opens up on anew page rather than in the lightbox.

Any thoughts (helpful suggestions that is) would be welcome
