I'm building a oscommerce site that sells adult products and the CC company requires us to add a TOP that a customer will check saying that the are agreeing to what we are selling. much like what www.trustedpleasures.com have. This is what's stated on the TOP: -I certify I am over 18 or 21 years of age, depending on state law and that I'm making this purchase for myself or someone who is also of legal age. - I warrant that it is legal to view, own and ship such content in my locale and country. - I will not permit any minor, or any person who would find this personally offensive, to view or use the items I'm purchasing. - I certify that I am not a city, county, state or official federal law enforcement officer, foreign official, or inspector for the U.S. Postal Service, ordering merchandise as evidence for the prosecution of or harassment of any individual or organization. and at the bottom is a checkout box that says "By checking here, I certifiy that I have read and agree to the Terms of Purchase. You must agree and check this to continue with your order." This is all I need now to finish our site and get it going. Thanks in advance for your help.
