How to change deafult date format?

Howdy.

I've been poking around everywhere on the forums and in the actual osC files and have not been able to locate where to change the default date format that displays for the customer.

Basically what I want to do is to change the date from "Sunday 24 December, 2006" to be "Sunday December 24, 2006".

The date that area that I am trying to change is coming up on the products expected arrival date as seen at http://vogueknitting.com/books/product_inf...products_id=154

Thank you in advance.

Try this:

open/edit english.php, and change this line

define('DATE_FORMAT_LONG', '%A %d %B, %Y');

to:

define('DATE_FORMAT_LONG', '%A %B %d, %Y');

I haven't tested it myself, but believe that's the place to look at w/o touching the tep_date_long function, which, if everything fails, would be the place to go to.
