You need to rename your logo to something like logosplash.gif (or whatever you want) then you need to go to (catalog)/includes/header.php find this:

<table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

<tr class="header">

<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'oscommerce.gif', 'splishsplashbb') . '</a>'; ?></td>

<td align="right" valign="bottom"><?php // echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_ACCOUNT, '', 'SSL') . '">' . tep_image

Change the oscommerce.gif to this: (make sure your logo is in gif format)

<table border="0" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

<tr class="header">

<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'logosplash.gif', 'splishsplashbb') . '</a>'; ?></td>

<td align="right" valign="bottom"><?php // echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_ACCOUNT, '', 'SSL') . '">' . tep_image

then upload your logo to catalogue/images

Thats it

or you can do it by just renaming your logo to oscommerce.gif then upload to catalogue/images and replacing it.

If you rename it you have to rename it in your header.php
