CheckOut: Receiving an ERROR MSG

When trying to checkout i get this message

 

Sorry, Forbidden.

You don't have permission to access this URL on this server.

 

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Check your CHMOD permissions.

 

Are your files readable?

 

It's not an OSC issue ... it's a file permissions type of issue -- in this case, whichever checkout file is giving you the problem (checkout_payment, checkout_confirmation, etc.). All files should be readable.
