invoice should list both "Ordered by" and "Sh

I posted this some time back and I beleive someone said a fix was being worked on.

 

At present if someone orders an item but wants it sent to a friend...the email invoice that is sent to the customer and me only lists who it was shipped to not who ordered it.

 

So what I'm look for is how to list the name and address of both the person placing the order and the person it's being shipped to.

 

Anyone know if this has been fixed or how to fix it?
