HTML Stripping

Recommended Posts

I am going through my shop and adding a few new contributions. I have installed teh short description mod to add a description to my produc_listing.php.

I would however like to add html tags to the text, tags such as <i> <br> and <b>.

I cannot for the life of me find out where the html is stripped.

Heres a link as an example, there needs to be a line break after every pip in the desciption

Hi

Nice site

What is the contribution that you are using to get the html output?

Is it sts templates? As I know there is a folder sts templates( the sts templates folder) in there is the .html file in osc folder I think ? and there is a file may be product_info.php.html ?? or similar.

cheers

Rusty

Thanks for the feedback, somewhere the html is stripped from the product listing description. I modified the file so it pulls the info from a new fiedl in the db. So its in the code somewhere to strip the html from it.

Its not the finished article by far, the site used to be orange but i have moved it to calmer colours to coincide with my other site.
