Hello,

Starting out customising OsCommerce can be a bit bewildering at first. Luckily for you and me there are some good articles and tips that point to the right direction.

This link should get you started:

http://www.oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/C...sign_and_Layout

To help you make changes safely you should set up a set environment (installation of a web server, PHP and mysql) on you PC. If you’re new to this you can get some pre packaged installations like WAMP, that make this easier. Have a look on hotscripts.com for install kits ( http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Software_and...Kits/index.html )

Merry Christmas and Good luck
