emails in test environment screwed up and they worked before

Hello all:

Just been wondering if somebody could give me a pointer about an email send issue.

I have an SMTP server (Post cast) running on my local machine (W2K). I haven't changed any of the settings (IIRC) and the system suddenly stopped working. I now get the 'headers already sent' message throughout all my OSC installations (at least 10). Haven't touched any of the code and when I take the white spaces out, it goes up by one line. But this worked before and I assume it is another issue.

 

Could it be that this is an php install issue? I currently have wamp installed (see server info below). Any pointers where to look are greatly appreciated.
