Orders not being logged ...

We are using only PayPal for our online payments.

 

When we purchase an item from our store, we get an email from PayPal that only lists the name of our store, not the individual items.

 

Also, the transaction isn't recorded in our store ... when we go into the admin section, it says 0 orders, despite the fact that the customer's payment has gone through from our website. We have no way of knowing what the customer just paid for.

 

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Do a search of these forums. Both your questions have been asked many times in the past and they are well documented.

 

I would suggest that you set upo your paypal account correctly first.
