Reply from bank?

Hello,

 

I have everything set up, links work, sign-in works, all with my design, now however, the credit card process does not work.

 

I have the correct information going to the bank, (bank of america), they send me to the success page, yet I get nothing in my admin orders section. I go and look at the db, still nothing, not sure what I have done or what I need to do, the best guess it to put a http_post_vars on the checkout_success.php page?

 

Any other suggestions....

What page does the back module return you to?? Make sure this is checkout_process.php not checkout_sucess.php

Did that, but nothing shows up in the orders, I have been playing with this all day, I have no idea what is going on. Very frustrating, It works, it goes to success or to failure but it does not put anything into my orders table, which will leave everything in my basket for when I log in next time.

 

 

Any body have any solutions, at the 12 hour of this project and I am stuck....

same here...i am using the ATSBank payment module, except the order goes through no problem, but the osc does not empty the cart or update the inventory or "orders" screen and i get no return back to the shopping cart nor a success screen. anyone have any ideas? i have scoured the checkout_process.php file and cannot find anything wrong. once the "confirm" button is pushed, i get the cgi computer text saying the transaction is good, but have no return to my osc.

okay...here' what i have found out from "kagg" (thanks dude!). when both of us are running the same module one kicks no transaction through and mine does. neither transaction update the cart NOR DO EITHER redirect to osc. my guess is that it is NOT in the osc code, but in the merchant bank code. this is what kagg said...

 

"We have been trying to process the credit card transaction through ATS gateway , but could not get redirected to the accepted URL or declined URL, even if we do not pass any value for these. So in the absence of these values, the transaction must return us back to ATS default (sic) return back URL's which we are not getting. See if they (merchant bank) can clarify any reason for this?"

 

perhaps the original contributor (digital creations) could help us out here.

hey john,

 

if you want to use the atsbank gateway, do a search for merchantpartners.zip in the gateway forum. That module does everything you're having problems with.
