Guest Posted September 24, 2002 Share Posted September 24, 2002 I have my Zone Rates set as follows for shipping to the US: 0-5:7.00,6-10:10.00,11-15:13.25,16-20:16.00,21-25:19.50,26-30:22.50,31-35:25.25,36-40:28.00,41-45:31.00,46-50:34.00,51-999:60.00 ie 0-5lbs costs $7.00 s&h 6-10lbs costs $10.00 s&h etc. etc. When the order is placed it states the weight in lbs and the cost...BUT...it's not charging the correct amount. For example: - an order weighing 1lb is charging $10.00 when it sould be charging $7.00 - an order weighing 8lbs is charging $13.25 when it sould be charging $10.00 - an order weighing 12lbs is charging $16.00 when it sould be charging $13.25 etc. I have my "Package Tare Weight" and "Larger packages - percentage increase" set to zero. All my products have rounded off weights of 1lb, 2lbs, 3lbs and 4lbs. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or why it's ignoring my Zone rate set-up?
