Checkout_success.php not loading!

Hi all,

 

I'm facing a difficulty.

After checking out and reaching to the final check out stage, checkout_success.php wont load, and instead it leads to the shoppin_cart.php page, showing it is empty!

 

I checked my order page in admin, the order has been submitted successfully.

Anyone know how to adjust this?

I have been trying to find a solution to this but to no avail. :(

 

Another problem i am facing is that i am not receiving email orders as well, neither do my customers.

Is this happening with credit card payments or all payments?
