Driber Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 in osc, when a customer confirmed his order, he is given the option to receive updates on the product(s) he just ordered. what is the purpose of this feature? when a customer buys something, why would he like to know updates on it, like for example: a price reduction if I buy something and then get to know it went on discount, I'd feel annoyed! someone please shed some light on this issue, perhaps I'm overlooking something here :)
