issues with index page

I have an index.html page that i use for the front of my store however after i run thru the styles sheet and make a few updates my index page seems to break the only things on the index.html page is a picture and a link to my index.php page. Has anyone else had this issue? am i doing something wrong?

 

the index page was created in adobe go live cs2.

Run your style sheet through the w3c validator.

Without a url there isn't much anyone can do to help.
