You can tell by the base url that those files are in the root directory. If this doesn't answer your question then please reword your question.

If you are asking how to change the defined text then just change it to what ever you want. You already know where to find the correct files to change. Just open the file /includes/languages/(your language)/(your file to edit).php & change the text from what it currently is to what you want it to be.

 

If you are asking how to actually get to the file to change the text then do this:

 

1. Log into the Admin's section

2. Go to Tools

3. Click on File Manager

4. Navigate through the folders until you find the file you want to edit

5. Change the text you want to change

6. Click save & your done.
