Need help with 2 things please - TIA!!

Greetings - after searching and noticing that this has been asked but not really answered, I'll give it a shot here. When using the "forgotten password" function the message from OSC is "new password sent" but it is not received - all other email functions are working fine. Any thoughts? Was able to reset password by using the contribution for master password and changing it in "my account" using master password as "previous password" - but it's a bit of a pain as most customers will just go elsewhere instead of ask for assistance.

 

Second thing is would like to have the shopping cart icon show when cart is empty - currently only appears when something is in the cart.

I don't use headings for the infoboxes so I'd like the shopping cart to appear when empty so when seen it will be more clear that it is the cart infobox - as you see it currently says "0 items" but the cart image displayed would be much better.
