Guest Posted September 24, 2002 Share Posted September 24, 2002 Until the new check out process and UPS module is ready I've decided to simply set up a Zone rate for the shipping. For some reason the weight of the items gets increased from their set amount. For example a tile's dimmensional weight is 2lbs. If I order one tile the checkout payment screen says: Your Zone Rate (Shipping to US : 2.2 lb(s)) This really causes problems for my weight ranges in my zone rate set-up. Anyone know why the set weight of 2lbs is being increased to 2.2lbs and if so how to fix it? Thanks Ryan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted September 24, 2002 Share Posted September 24, 2002 Thanks Aaron...it wasn't the Tear Weight but it was my setting for: Larger packages - percentage increase...it was set to 10%, so for every 1 pound it was adding 0.1 But now I'm having another problem where it's ignoring my zone rates :crazy: but I'll post that seperately.
