PayQuake

I am going to be using PayQuake for our store, but since they use the Authorize.net gateway I am not sure if I need to use the contribution for PayQuake. The Sales person at PayQuake said he is familiar with OsCommerce & thinks I should be able to use the Authorize.net part since we using an Authorize.net gate way.

I found this PayQuake contribution, but not sure if I need it.

Does anyone here use PayQuake & how did you set it up in your OsCommerce store?

I still need help with this issue.

You can interface to payquake either using authorize.net or using their proprietary gateway. You can likely also interface to them using another 3rd party gateway like Cybersource or Payflow.

Many merchant account providers, like payQuake, have developed their own gateway technology (or private labeled it from another company) to cut out the 3rd party gateways like Authorize.net as middlemen.

If I were you I would use authorize.net because it is known to be solid and seems to have the best supported oscommerce module. I have been using authorize.net for 2 yrs and am pretty happy with them although I have changed my merchant account provider (equivalent to payQuake) several times.
