I have read all the documents and still not working

I have read everything and tried installing most of the stuff. I am a newbie with very little php knowledge.

I wish to use paypal with my site, so i have gone to paypal, registered and customised all of my profile. I then went to my cart admin and clicked install on paypal. i was given these options, - indicates which item i have ticked

So each time a customer tries to buy something it just directs them to paypals homepage with no indication of any purchase

 

Im sure its something ive done wrong! PLEASE help!!
