No item listed when Customer purchases

I am new using osCommerce. Recently i had my first purchase

the person used paypal to buy something, and had created a login account, but it didn't tell me via paypal nor my admin site what the person ordered.

Also, if i click on ORDERS, it says 0 orders

 

but i did receive a payment via paypal. even paypals statement did not tell me what the person ordered.
