newrev Posted September 24, 2002 Posted September 24, 2002 I have osCommerce 2.2 installed on a Linux RedHat server... It is newly installed and I've run a couple of test orders. The problem is that the number of orders are showing on the administration homepage in the left column under "Pending Orders" just as they should... But, when I actually go to the Pending Orders screen, which should list each specific order, the information is not there. It says that I have 0 of 0 pending orders. Could someone PLEASE lend a helping hand. Thanks!

Maybe this has something to do with that? Which contribs do you have installed?

Strange, since it worked before. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Danny, That is my problem too, except I never tested the order process b4 adding a couple contributuions. My orders show up in MYSQL and if I type in a specific order number on the order page. But like you, they do not show up on the order page, just 0 of 0 orders. I added a tiered pricing contrib and a cvv credit card contrib. I do not have SSL enabled yet. Do you think this might be the problem?

I did get it fixed, but now it has happened again and the same fix isn't working. Here is my original fix found at: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...ndpost&p=513831 Basically had to change orders.php to read ot.class = 'ot_subtotal' instead of ot.class = 'ot_total' in 3 different locations in that file. Guest Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Hi all. My paypal module was working fine up to this week. Now orders are being accepted by paypal and im receiving an e mail notification. The orders are not showing on the orders list or customer list. I have no idea what the customer has ordered. I don?t know enough about sql to look in the database. Has anyone else noticed this error lately and is there a fix. All and any help greatly appreciated. Colin

Guest Posted March 11, 2005 Posted March 11, 2005 Hi, I have been struggling with this sessions error for some time now 1062 - Duplicate entry '9085c0f986182c4b1d074de86a38f56c' for key 1 and have not found an answer in the forums. I am using a viaKLIX gateway and all works well, but at the moment of transaction, the customer will be directed to the viaKLIX gateway and upon return to my shopping cart has been logged out. The problem was that I had no record in my data base about the transaction. The above error with a lot more info will show at the bottom of that login page. The money transfer proceeds flawless, and the client gets an email from viaKLIX the way I set it up. I found a great work around until this is solved either by me or some one else in these forums. My guess is that is has to do with some MySQL update. When I ask to view all history orders I get none...and I noticed the page showing the NEXT link plus negative pagenumbers...like -5 -4 -3 -2 -1 NEXT>> And indeed, if you ask for a specific id-number...you will get it. The order exists in the database and the emails get send, but, no orders in orders_history or the admin orders panel. Hellluuuppp!!! Please!! egranville Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 BUG????? I found the solution to my instance of the problem and thought that maybe it could be of help to any of you. The catalog I am developing is intended as a catalog and not a shop. So, the owners didn't want the prices to show up. In the admin>mudules>ordertotal, I turned off SUBTOTAL, TAX & TOTAL. So I just turned it back on and the orders I made since turning is back on are showing up again. The previous orders were contained in the database, but they aren't showing up. This may not be the solution to your instance of the problem. But if you played around in the order totals mudule..you have just gotten lucky B) Get your settings back to default. Guest Posted June 22, 2005 Posted June 22, 2005 Mine was caused by the shipping modules not being properly installed (!). I removed and reinstalled all of the shipping options in the admin tool. This fixed the problem for *new* orders. The problem of old orders was solved by deleting the offending entries from *all* of the tables they appear in. Not the best, but it fixed order histories and such.

ADD NOTE: I have two separate sites this issue has occurred on and neither stored the details in the database - that really scares me. Also both sites use totally diferent shipping modules so I don't think that is the issue in my case...

The last 3 orders have processed through paypal, no problem, and the customer account has been registered, but their order has dissappeared into the wireless abyss!!! No record in the sql database either. I have made no changes to code in the last 3 weeks, so I don't think its anything Iv'e done, but it does seem to be related with the decision by the customer when they have paid to either return to merchant or continue in the Paypal screen. Because when i register a ghost account and place an order and then return to merchant it processes correctly every time. Has anybody found a solution to this yet!!!

I can see there money but until they contact me I don't know anything about what they ordered. The goods stay in there shopping cart. I have had some process properly so the problem seems intermittent. The only recent contributions i have loaded recently are "auto-logon" & "cool-menu". Any help would be excellant. I have a flatrate freight module loaded and I have a feeling that it may upset the totals and not charge for freight. Is this correct or do you think i should make the changes and see what happens. My problem is intermittant. Some creditcard transactions come through and some don't. I just put my card through and it all went well. but another customer did half an hour before me. and no order shows and no order emails were sent. Bloody annoying. But nice to know some helpful people about willing tp help us dumbasses Cheer's Col
