admin links incorrect

Ok...I thought I was up and running, but I just discovered that all the links in the admin are going to /admin rather than /catalog/admin - where does that get set? I did the install myself (having problems with the auto install) and can't find anywhere to set the admin path.

admin/includes/configure.php

Thanks much. Is there a document that outlines what all of the different config.php options are? I've looked in the documentation, but haven't found it yet.
