Easy pop ..again!

Hi

I have atempted to get the easy populate running again as I found a little fix in another contribute you were using easy populate

(2.76 btw) and hey presto got all excited because could actually download the ep file ....but NOT upload :(

urhh read alot of people with the same thing I have change the /temp/ directory, the $doc root, there was something an uncommetted command in the easypop.php file which I did not have,,,

etc etc

Anyone ?

Sorry I am seeing nothing....nothing happens ..no corruptions,

So you click on the Insert in DB button and there is no noticeable change on the page?

 

What happens if you try the Split EP File option?

 

Does the file get uploaded to your temp directory?

 

What happens if you try to download a file into the temp directory?

We are making some progress!! This is the error below that I got when I upload from the temp directory..

btw I have to type the name of the file in the temp. insert into db from temp... is that correct?

It was creating a file in temp, now it is not??

I will check again but I am sure it was

Sorry is working ie adding file to the temp directory I had changed something but is now ok, the other probs unfortunatley still there,

also Jack do you see that double fwd slash ,,,,I think that is causing me and alot of people probs. This may have something to do with it,?? I have tried to fix this in the config..but does not work,,, ??? any ideas.?

I am going to throw a little party! I have sorted it out!! the easypopule was set /catalog/temp

but I have to say that I have done , a few times,,, with different combos...,, that before and nothing but for some reason it is working ! woooohooooooooow
