Please anyone...I have tried to put a couple of products in...this is all I get every time.

acording to this error you cannot insert any products at all.

your installation onto your mysql database might not have worked / have been skipped.

It's an mysql compatibility problem. The fix can be found here or by installing the latest oscommerce update.
