Error and question

Let me start with a thank you for a great contribution Deep-Silver Rocks!

 

I have a real account and a test account. On the real account I added (manually) 5000 points and it works and displays fine on the my_points.php but on the test account where I used a referral from real account to test the referral system I get a [TEP_STOP] on the page - (in source for page) :

I cannot figure out why for one customer it is fine and for another it is not.

Secondly, since this is a pizza parlor (LIVE SHOP) I have set up a product for a TIP for the driver. This allows the customer to ad a tip to their credit card once I add credit cards in a few days. The issue is that I want to exclude the ability for the customer to pay for the TIP with points and to earn point for the tip amount. But allow them to earn points and use points for the rest of the order including taxes. If I put the tip product ID (398) into the exclusions for admin the ability to use points for an order that includes a TIP is gone. Any suggestions?
